Lennie Clark did a wonderful job with everything. I could not ask for a better salesperson than Lennie. The dealership should show loyalty to a repeat customer which they did not. On a lease extra miles should be forgiven and turn in fee waived. This is leasing 101 which i have experienced over many years of leasing with various different corporations and dealerships. I also already sent you another customer prior to my second lease by the name of James Manzo and he leased a vehicle from your dealership. Still no loyalty on your part? Dealership owner should know better.
